Terms of Service

By using Chrono Bot, the dashboard at chronobot.cloud, or related staff tools, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Chrono Bot or the dashboard.

Chrono Bot is a custom moderation and community bot (plus staff dashboard) built only for the official Chrono Odyssey Discord server. It is not a public bot you can invite elsewhere.

Chrono Odyssey is a game published / operated in connection with Kakao Games. Chrono Bot is a separate Discord bot and dashboard tool for that official Discord.

Chrono Bot is developed and operated by an independent operator working with Kakao Games for the official Chrono Odyssey Discord. The bot and dashboard are provided for that official community, not as a public Kakao Games consumer product you install yourself.

These Terms cover Chrono Bot and the chronobot.cloud dashboard only. They do not replace Kakao Games' own terms for Chrono Odyssey or other Kakao Games services. Game accounts, purchases, and Kakao Games platforms stay under Kakao Games' terms, including:

Kakao Games Terms of Service

Chrono Odyssey names, logos, and related branding belong to their respective owners (including Kakao Games where applicable). Using Chrono Bot does not give you any rights in those marks.

Discord remains a separate platform. Using Discord is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and policies.

You must be allowed to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service and applicable law. Staff dashboard access is limited to authorized moderators and administrators of the official server.

Dashboard login uses Discord OAuth. Access depends on your Discord roles and permissions on the official server. Staff must keep their accounts secure and must not share dashboard access with anyone who is not authorized.

We may revoke dashboard access at any time if access is abused or no longer needed.

You may not use Chrono Bot to:

• Break Discord’s Terms of Service or Developer Policy
• Harass people, spam, scam, or run raids
• Try to bypass moderation, blacklist, or security tools
• Abuse tickets, DMs, reports, appeals, or staff tools
• Scrape, sell, or misuse data Chrono Bot processes
• Attack, overload, or reverse-engineer Chrono Bot systems

Chrono Bot helps staff moderate the official server. That includes warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, reports, join screening, link filters, spam traps, logs, and similar tools.

Staff decisions on the official Chrono Odyssey Discord still follow that server's rules. Chrono Bot does not replace Discord's own enforcement. Appeals go through the server's support channels (for example tickets or the appeal flow), not through Discord Developer Support.

We try to keep Chrono Bot and the dashboard running, but we do not promise unbroken uptime. Features can change, break, or be removed as the official server's needs change.

Chrono Bot is provided as-is for the official Chrono Odyssey Discord. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the independent operator of Chrono Bot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using or not being able to use Chrono Bot, including moderation outcomes, downtime, or data loss.

Nothing in these Terms makes Kakao Games responsible for Chrono Bot unless Kakao Games separately agrees to that in writing. You also remain responsible for following Discord's rules and Kakao Games' terms where they apply.

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the current version. Keeping using Chrono Bot or the dashboard after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
